Diagnosis

Lesson for founders: open-source is a real Advocacy multiplier if you commit fully (handbook public, roadmap public, pricing public, even salaries public). Half-measures (closed-core OSS) don't compound the same way.

If we ran the next sprint

For PostHog: invest in Performance for enterprise-scale event volume (a 8 → 9 lift unlocks larger customers). For founders: PostHog's play (OSS + multi-product + transparency) is replicable only if you commit to ALL three. Partial transparency feels worse than no transparency.
