Lesson: free tier that solves a real problem at zero marginal cost = strongest possible Acquisition engine. If we ran the next sprint

For Cloudflare: invest in Workers/Pages developer experience (D7 retention on new dev sign-ups is the multi-billion expansion opportunity).
